Where's the angry bird?

I've finished angry bird and let me tell you that I'm very glad and relieved.  The pattern itself was good.  The tediousness of the process was not.  There was a lot of growling, eye rolling and a dash of cursing whilst making it - but I can laugh about it now.  tee-hee.

I'm now waiting for hubby to download the photos when he has a few spare moments for his wife.  More eye rolling.

In the meantime allow me to show you the delightful friends we make every year.  Or is that twice a year?  I've lost count to be honest.  Magpies love our tree in the front yard.  And we love them, but not when we find bits of wire scattered on the drive way.  Yes, it's them that find it and try to make a nest out of it but fail miserably and in turn, it ends up as rubbish on the ground.  Oye.

But that's quite alright because we're willing to put up with it, thankfully for them.  All birds are beautiful and even God refers to them in the good book, even though they aren't as valuable as us;

  “ Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?  Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?  Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life? "  NIV Matthew 6:25 - 34.

How many times has a baby magpie
come to your front door?
